Overseas Hearths -

Hearth of Vinland (Earnwulf and Sif - family hearth) CANADA
(please note - a seperate Odinist group operates from North America call Woden's Folk-Kindred - we are not connected to them). Earnwulf runs our ONLY overseas kindred.
The WF Hearth is made up of a certain number of Professed Wodenist and a Hearth Warder who has undergone the Einheriar Initiation. Any WF Gemoot comes under the umbrella of a Hearth in the same area. Oversea's hearths are formed by ex-patriot's.
For those who feel they have
the right leadership and organisational abilities to form their own group,
we issue booklets to cover all aspects of the work- 1. Hearth Booklet.
2. Hearth Warder
Booklet
3. Gemoot Booklet For those who wish to remain
outside the group structure, or have no group to join in their particular
area, we have a Lone Wolf Activist booklet that sets
out the path of the individual activist. It must be noted that although these
booklets (especially the group ones) contain certain rules, the individual has
the scope to organise and lead a group in the way he/she sees fit to do so. The
only rules we have are to cover behaviour and non-political
involvement. A Contact Network form is sent out to all new subscribers so that they have a chance to seek contact
with a group or with individuals within Wodens Folk. This is a purely
voluntary scheme.
NATIONAL PROFESSION - For those who subscribe and wish to become active we will have a National Profession that is outside the local group structure. This will be offered to those who show a willingness to become active, and involve filling in an Assessment Form that allows us to access the candidate and give us ideas how the individual fits into the movement. This is not a test in anyway but is designed to give us information so that any new WF apprentice can be given the right education and training. This takes a minimum of 12 months.
